The Wi-Fi Hotspot/Internet Sharing feature is available for all prepaid plans. If you cannot use the Wi-Fi Hotspot on your device with a Rami Mobile eSIM plan, try restarting your phone. This is sometimes necessary after installing the eSIM to initialize network settings and fully enable features.

Wi-Fi Hotspot availability depends on the local network operator and may be restricted in certain situations. While the feature is generally accessible in all regions with eSIM plans, we cannot guarantee availability in every possible scenario.

Yes! After activating a Rami Mobile eSIM, you can still use your phone number to make and receive calls and text messages (SMS). The eSIM plan will handle data usage, helping you avoid costly roaming charges.

It should take at most half a minute to activate new eSIM data plans on our partner networks, though this may vary based on coverage in your area. You're all set to activate once you receive your activation email with the QR code!

An eSIM can only be installed on one device. If you need mobile data on additional devices, you have two options:

  • Enable Mobile Hotspot/Internet Sharing on your phone (if supported in your country) and connect your other devices to the Wi-Fi network it creates.
  • Purchase an additional eSIM for each extra device.

Yes, and we recommend doing so! When you purchase an eSIM, the usage period begins on the first day you activate it, not when you buy it. This allows you to purchase your Rami Mobile eSIM ahead of your trip and install it later when you want to activate.

We'll refund your money if your eSIM plan doesn't work.

If your eSIM plan is faulty and you have not used any data, we'll refund you.

However, if the eSIM was activated and data is used, we cannot issue a refund, as mobile operators would also charge us.

For more details or to request a refund, check our Terms and Conditions or contact our support team.

To test if your unlisted Android mobile supports eSIM, you can try the following methods:

  1. DIAL *#06# and press the call button.

If your device is eSIM-compatible, you should be able to view your device's eSIM unique identification number (EID). If you do not see EID on the screen per the demo below, your mobile is not eSIM compatible.

  2. Check also if your phone is carrier-unlocked:
    • Remove your SIM card and insert a SIM from a different carrier.
    • Look for the carrier's name at the top of your screen. If it's different, your phone is unlocked.
    • Try making a call. If it connects, your phone is unlocked.
    • Contact your phoneโ€™s manufacturer or carrier if you still need to figure it out.

We do not record your device location or web browsing activity. Your internet activity is completely private.

Yes, most devices that support eSIM allow you to have multiple eSIM data plans installed simultaneously. However, only one physical SIM and one eSIM can be active simultaneously (Primary and Secondary Data Plans). You can switch between eSIM data plans by toggling them on or off without deleting them.
